Family Constellation
A systemic constellation (a familyconstellation) is a powerful and effective method for bringing to light what has not yet been seen and what runs like a common thread through the family line. This makes hidden dynamics and burdens within your family system visible.
During a constellation, you ask a question that focuses on your problem, for example, that you often feel responsible even though something isn’t your responsibility.
You are placed in the constellation along with the associated issues, and during the constellation, whatever you are carrying or what is blocking you becomes visible. Once this is seen and felt, it can be acknowledged and released. This process of paying attention breaks through the patterns you unconsciously carry within you.
One constellation can set in motion a profound transformation.
You can participate in a family constellation in a group, either as a client or as a representative.
Every month, I organize at least one day retreat, during which several constellations are conducted in a group for three to four clients. In addition, I also organize events focused on specific themes, such as the inner child, entrepreneurship, relationships, fate & life, or loss.
You can also book a one-on-one session. In that case, we’ll work with floor anchors or objects. This is just as in-depth and beautiful.
The added value
of the group
Sometimes the path to personal wholeness feels less arduous when you walk it with others. In a group, you can share stories, listen to different experiences and feel that you are not alone.
During these sessions, your growth and safety are the focus, just as they are in a
one-on-one session. However the energy and atmosphere in the group make it just different, and that’s exactly what makes it so valuable. Through the group dynamics, you’ll gain insights and awareness about yourself that you might not have discovered so quickly on your own.
When and where?
On the last weekend of the month, there’s always a day dedicated to family constellations in Rotterdam.
It’s a truly beautiful and meaningful day during which three or four people with questions have their questions answered with the help of representatives.
You can register as a questioner or as a representative.
These days are very valuable and educational.
When you ask a question, you become a witness to the story behind your question. This can be powerful, and because of the insights it provides, it is always healing and transformative.
As a representative, you can become familiar with systemic work and, through the roles and positions, recognize patterns yourself and thus facilitate healing.

Once you’ve experienced the magic of family constellations, you’ll want to come back. Perhaps because you feel that, whether you’re the person posing the question or acting as a representative,you can view your issues in a special way and set them in motion.
