This day is all about releasing ourselves from masks we put on, behind which we hide. 

Archetypes, shadow parts, inner child parts, survival mechanisms, images, learned and evoked types and attitudes. 

These may have helped us at one time. However, may we now become aware that we choose them and also realize that we do not need them!

We get to be fully ourselves and show ourselves openly and honestly!

The part we recognize but no longer want to "carry," we may literally shape this day, and then ritually distance ourselves from it.

In this circle of women, we will intuit this day. 

You will shape symbolically and use language and energy to remove your mask.
